GustoBiz is made up of two very unique individuals. We both live in North Alabama about 20 miles from one another. Both of us have worked many different jobs and owned or participated in many start-up business ventures. If you hang around here long enough we may just start to rub off on you. I will let you decide if that is a good thing

One half of the show is me, Shawn Woods. I am currently employed full time in the IT field and have several different streams of income on the side. I have always had a yearning desire to be involved in business start-ups. I find myself always thinking of ways to turn an idea into a venture. Over the course of the next few years, I look forward to talking about business ideas and sharing my many experiences with you. I am exited and thrilled that you are taking the time to listen to and read what we have to say. It truly is an honor.

Hello, I am Will, the other half of the Gusto Biz team. I’ve been lucky enough to have been involved in many various careers and businesses deals along the journey of life. I have observed and learned from them all, storing those lessons away for future reference. My goal for this show is simple; to bring small business ideas for the average person to be successfully self-employed. I want our ideas to inspire you, motivate you, and possibly get your creative juices flowing……..You might ask, “If these ideas are so good, why aren’t you guys doing them?” Good question! I promise you for every idea we bring up, we HAVE given it some thought. Let me simply say that some ideas are not for every one. All successful businesses are based on specific critical factors and that may best suited to your situation. Our motivation is not to do every idea we talk about, but to see other people be happily self-employed and making money. So pull up a chair, put your thinking cap on, and maybe one of these ideas we talk about will be exactly what you have been looking for to stop working for “the man”. Let’s roll!
